Publié le 31 juill. 2022 sur HotelsExcellent emplacement proche d'universal studios et de l'aquarium sur sentosa. Espace aquatique au top a 30°. Personnel tres serviable sauf une a l'accueil une fois. Pas grand chose à redire.

Catastrophique
Publié le 11 avr. 2017 sur HotelsEtant donné que le 1er but d'un hôtel est de pouvoir y dormir, nous avons jugé que la prestation était catastrophique. Une soirée VIP en face de l'hôtel nous a empêché de dormir jusqu'à 3h du matin (cela laisse peut de temps pour dormir, sachant que le check out est à 11h...), le son de la musique étant digne d'une boîte de nuit. Aucune compensation de la part du Hard Rock Hôtel, service catastrophique.

Very safe, clean and convenient. The public transport was free when staying on Sentosa Island and was very easy to use and get around. We had children with us and there was plenty for us to do each day.

I didn’t like that there was no thermostat in the room to manually adjust the temperature in the room. $45 for a breakfast buffet was totally unjustified

Place was clean and amazing. Swimming pool was fun and my son enjoyed playing in the sand. Would definitely recommend. Amenities wise, things perhaps could be slightly better with hotel restaurants/cafes. Wish that there was also a shortcut to RWS instead of having to walk about 7mins. Overall experience was positive and would definitely come back when able.

Publié le 23 janv. 2024 sur Hotels전반적으로 너무 좋았습니다. 수건 먼지 조금 있었던 것만 제외하면 아기 데리고 가기 너무 좋은 곳입니다. 수영장이 특히 제가 갔던 호텔 중에서 제일 좋았어요. 아쿠아리움, 유니버셜 스튜디오 할인도 받을 수 있으니까 참고하세요~
