Bien situé, bon accueil

Magnifique et moderne hôtel.
Super équipements avec piscine à débordement, gym fonctionnelle.
Hôtel très propre situé dans le centre de Singapour et très bien desservi par les transports.
Le point négatif je dirais le personnel qui pour un hôtel 5 étoiles n’était pas vraiment à la hauteur. Pas de sourire, aucun service client, attente parfois longue à la réception ( 15 min) sans excuse .

Chambre magnifique, très bien équipée, lit confortable. Hôtel à recommander.

The service is excellent, very helpful and polite staff, especially Mr Jeddy, who is sincere and shows his care about your stay.
Water pressure is good with clean room ready.
Swimming pool is wonderful during day and night, just that you need to accept the limited sunbeds available.
An overall excellent experience and we would definitely choose The Clan for our next visit.
