Grand hôtel mais rapport qualité prix discutable
Publié le 3 janv. 2019 sur HotelsGrand hôtel digne d’un palace avec tout ce qu’il faut et un personnel au petit soins. Les vue sur la baie sont magnifiques et le restaurant de haut niveau. Petit déjeuner correct pour ce niveau. Brasserie décevante avec peu d’attention, des oublis un manque de rigueur evident et une attitude désinvolte vis-à-vis du client même un soir avec très peu de monde. Limite scandaleux pour un tel établissement.

tout est extraordinaire! ne pas manquer d'aller boire un verre sur la terrasse.

Good. Not great.
Publié le 16 juill. 2024 sur HotelsHotel is beautiful. However, The Lantern restaurant bar was mostly closed due to construction and a private event. We were never told of the construction. Two large events in the large front room so we couldn't use that space. The tea area was so crowded we couldn't get a seat. Seemed like the hotel was more interested in singular events than supporting current (and future) guests of the hotel.

unpleasant experience
Publié le 12 juill. 2024 sur HotelsI paid $1203 per nite for a king size bed room and had requested for high floor. Upon arrival i was told only 5th floor is and was allocated room.517. it was 2 single beds joined to be a king bed! Which i find it totally unacceptable! I had to go thru a few staffs and argued about it before a proper room is allocated to me! When requesting for water n other amenities it takes them at least half and hour to arrival in which I have to call twice!
