Grand hôtel mais rapport qualité prix discutable
Publié le 3 janv. 2019 sur HotelsGrand hôtel digne d’un palace avec tout ce qu’il faut et un personnel au petit soins. Les vue sur la baie sont magnifiques et le restaurant de haut niveau. Petit déjeuner correct pour ce niveau. Brasserie décevante avec peu d’attention, des oublis un manque de rigueur evident et une attitude désinvolte vis-à-vis du client même un soir avec très peu de monde. Limite scandaleux pour un tel établissement.

tout est extraordinaire! ne pas manquer d'aller boire un verre sur la terrasse.

We booked this hotel for my birthday since we had a great impression from our previous stay but this time service was underwhelming. For $700 - $800 a night, lobby lounge staff attitude can be improved with training.

Probably the best location in town, a superior quality throughout. A view from the room onto the Singapore skyline can only be beaten by the negative edge pool experience on the roof. The service and facilities are immaculate; there is breakfast with Asian and European options; and if the menu at roof-top Lantern (a must experience) is not vast enough, you can order from other restaurants. Unbelievable experience, we will be back!

10 stars service. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Elsa at breakfast joint, Azly at the concierge, Lian and Nesh from front entrance door or valet. Thank you very much! Had an awesome stay at the amazing Fullerton bay hotel.
