I feel it’s certainly just running on bare bones so to speak… I understand it’s cheap (for Singapore) and a good option near the airport… however, I still don’t expect to have ants running around here and there… main room and bathroom.. also moths and flying insects. The walls are paper thin and you can just hear word for word the neighbours next door. The staff at the front are somewhat awkward as well… as they don’t greet or say hello to guests when coming and going like I get at other hotels… even a smile would be nice. Usually when I went past they were chatting and laughing with each other. Overall if you don’t want to spend much… just over night or 2 nights max.. it’s bearable… unfortunately I don’t think I’ll return though as I feel even at that price points it’s difficult to justify.

The AIRCON was so cold I froze to death and no way to change temperature.
The pillows are terrible, need major upgrade

Not what I expected
Publié le 16 juin 2024 sur HotelsSingapore is quite expensive so I chose this hotel because the photos of the outside and lobby looked quite nice but the rooms were no good.
The service was good, I didn’t like my first room so the quickly arranged a second one for me. However even that room wasn’t much better. The shower leaked into the bathroom area, walls are thin, and there aren’t windows for the rooms.
The way the rooms are setup and decorated makes this place feel more like a “love hotel” if you know what I mean. Although I didn’t suspect any of that happening really.
So unless you’re on a tight budget, I wouldn’t stay here.
Location is good though, lots of restaurants super close by, not far from the airport, and has a bus stop close by.
