The sleep was excellent and no noise at all
Sad i didnt get to seee my favourite staff but felt good to be back

We had a family room which was wierdly a superking and a single bed rather than 2 doubles. The room was fine, clean and comfortable.
The main thing missing is that this hotel does not have a bar! There are 2 restaurants which we didnt try as we felt they were very expensive but the lack of bar meant you cant get a drink when you're by the pool. The pool was nice and cool, and although there weren't many sunloungers, most people weren't staying there long, so we didnt struggle to get one.
The hotel is convenient as its only a block away from Bugis MRT.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy and well serviced. The only downside was the bathroom door was badly repaired from water damage at some time

Great staff

Despite noise from some other guests, Jeffrey was quick to offer suggestions to rectify it and I was very happy to see Sobana again.
Thank you for always ensuring guest comfort and I have seen how efficient staff are as usual again first hand
bed and pillows were fabulous, room was towards the quieter side of hotel as requested.
