Il demande 50 dollars de caution et pourtant a la reservation c'est bien marqué 10 dollars.
J'avais demander qu'il me change le linge de bain car il etais sale. Il on refusé et elle m'avais repondu que on a le droit qu'une seule serviette chaque 2 jour meme si cela etais sale.
Je ne recommande pas cette établissement.
Ca ne vaut pas galaxy pod qui est a la meme rue pour le meme prix voir moin chère.

nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée, car nous avons peut-être ignoré une faute de frappe sur notre page d'informations Expedia. en ce qui concerne le problème des serviettes, il est vrai qu'il ne peut être changé qu'une fois tous les 2 jours et s'il était vraiment sale, vous auriez pu le porter au personnel et nous serions ravis de l'échanger pour vous. nous espérons que vous passerez un bon moment lorsque vous serez à Singapour la prochaine fois.

The facility is a bit dated, but the staff is kind and helped taking my bags to the room. The double bed rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The only issue is that walls are super thin where you can hear your neighbors cough so be aware if you are sensitive. The location is super convenient and overall I felt 9/10 safe as a solo traveler.

Nice pod style hostel to stay in the heart of Chinatown. The staff is friendly with a nice smile. This place can be good not only for budget travelers, but also for petite business travelers, as there is a wooden desk in common area. If the beep sound of smart-lock is turned off, the sleep quality may be improved. Well managed hostel.

The Wink@Mosque Street is very clean. Staffs were very accomodating. I would highly recommend this place and would for sure consider staying here in the future.

Really close to Chinatown MRT station, which makes this a very convenient location to be based at. Wink provided really good detailed directions to get from airport to hotel. There were issues with my flight / luggage (caused by the airline) that impacted my plans - Wink was very responsive with getting back to me when I message them. Great customer service. Wink was recommended to me by an acquaintance - glad I took up her suggestion.
