Perfect family trip
Publié le 9 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit was spacious and perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed both pools and going to the beach. The hotel was very accommodating. Overall a great stay!

Great place to stay
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe unit is very nice and just as advertised. I went ahead and paid the “resort fee” for the last 2 days to include beach chairs and umbrella etx. Lots more included. Great location and easy access to stores and dining. Great food at Ola and drinks too. Staff is super attentive. Drinks and food at your beach chair hooray!

Spacious, Quiet, Clean
Publié le 2 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayQuiet area of hotel with plenty of space for all of us! Had a problem with a burner in stove but it was quickly taken care of. Hotel restaurant super yummy! Pool and beach areas are great!

Great Family Vacation
Publié le 25 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty is in a terrific part of West Palm Beach. Property is very nice and the condo was clean and nicely furnished. The mandatory parking fee and resort fees were a surprise, but it was worth it. Didn't realize the kitchen wasn't much of a kitchen, but there was enough there to get the job done. Would definitely return to this property and this condo.

Family Vacation

There were some issues with the water as only one shower and sink would get hot, even after running it for an extended time. The main issue which could be a seasonal issue or one with the entire building but there were cockroaches all over. We saw them throughout the room throughout the entire duration of our stay. Upon initial checkin there was one on the nightstand of the master bedroom. Eek. But my kids loved the hotel and the pools. We paid extra for the resort fee to utilize the beach and everyone enjoyed.

One of our key priorities is to provide the highest level of friendly and courteous service to all our guests staying at this 4.5-star Marriott resort. We always welcome guest feedback. The Marriott sprays the entire building for pest control on a monthly basis. We also frequently inspect these units, as we hold our privately owned condos to the highest cleanliness and satisfaction standards. Upon receiving your review, we have inspected this issue and did not find any kind of pest in our unit or during our time in the resort building. We also did not receive any calls or emails from you during your stay regarding these concerns. We do wish we were made aware of any issue you were experiencing during your stay, as we have a full time maintenance and housekeeping staff who are happy to resolve any issues in a timely manner. We always look to exceed guest expectations and hope to serve you again whenever your travels bring you back to Singer Island.

Publié le 11 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time and enjoyed the property and location. Kids LOVED the slide and teen enjoyed the fishing, think it was nearby, there was a mullet run this time of year. Above all every one felt safe. We want to return.

Palm Beach Marriott Singer-Odom stay
Publié le 18 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayThe amenities and room were very nice. We had two electrical outlets in the kitchen that did not work and it was hard to make our morning coffee. A knob was missing from the stove top and we could only cook from one stove eye on back side. There was also a leak in master bath sink on counter each time water was turned on. Called and left message with property management and no one called us back to have someone to fix the issues during our stay.

Beach stay
Publié le 26 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay. The place is nice with a wonderful view and the private beach is great! The lagoon pool was a hit! Only caveat, there is only valet parking if you are driving which costs 35/night. Also, there is an additional resort fee (not mandatory) because the apartment is managed by an outside company. The resort fee does get you chairs and umbrellas at the beach. It’s standard at most resorts so it’s not a negative, I’m mentioning it so others can factor the extra expense. Overall, we had a great time.
