Check in and check out was a mess. They struggled with the reservation due to it being booked on Expedia.

Beautiful hotel, great location. The facilities are extraordinary. The only issue is they did not advise that the hotel was in slow open mode .They did not have a lot of personal and not all the amenities of the property where working. Another issue is that when you make the reservation, they offer you an ocean view room and it happens to be partial view. Fortunately, Samantha at the front desk was able to switch our room and made my birthday weekend more special . She was extraordinary! The food is great but they need more attention to service at breakfast like offering coffee at the table . And please no plastic cups for coffee or tea or soups ! .

Had a great stay in one of the king rooms. The room featured a tub and a shower that opens up to the entire room, very nice. The staff was very nice helpful. Many of the amenities like coffee and mini bar goodies are included with your stay. The beach is great and the chairs are also included. All in all it was a great stay and we would return without a doubt. A refreshing experience.

The staff were amazing!

Overall, loved my stay. However, there were unfinished items construction-wise. The exterior still needs items to be finished. Some amenities had not opened yet. Guest should be made aware prior to booking and should be directed to give the hotel a call about the amenities

Great place but…..

The resort was amazing. A few things need to be changed. Registration staff was incredibly nice but took a long time. Valet was asked to charge the car and he said he would but it was not. Hot water in shower lasted very little time.
