Villa in Sinnai

Lovely retreat away with beautiful scenery and grounds.
Posted Aug. 29, 2023 on HomeAwayWe had a fantastic time away. It was just what we needed peace and quiet with nature surrounding you.
The grounds of the villa kept our kids endlessly entertained. There was lots of wildlife to see, swimming pool, play area, chickens, football pitch and plenty of shade if needed.
Alice was fantastic from start to finish was at the end of the phone if needed and provided lots of advice. Couldn’t recommend this place enough if your looking for sometime away to rest.

Amazing stay
Posted Aug. 12, 2023 on HomeAwayBeautiful property, and so much space. Kids loved the pool and football pitch, and the on site dog is so sweet. Some of the best beaches are within 20mins and you can visit a different beach each day and not return to the same one in a week.
Alice was fantastic - communicative, responsive and gave us loads of local advice

Perfect place for families
Posted Jul. 17, 2023 on HomeAwayYou will have a large space to yourself as the house is located on a large property. Note that it is not ocean front, but a short drive to the nearest beach in Solanas. The property has a playground set, a pool and a field to play sports like football (soccer) for the kids. Our kids loved everything about it, including the chickens, which gave us fresh eggs each morning; as well as the sweetest outdoor dog that visits to say hello.
There are air conditionning units in the common area rooms and fans in the bedrooms, which are much needed in the summer. And the pool is a very nice benefit.
Alice was a great host and provided us some bread, milk and water as we arrived late in the evening. The markets are close by with all essentials a short drive to Solanas. Villasimius is 20 minutes away with great restaurants, shops, supermarkets and flamingos!
Towels and linens are provided, but bring your own beach towels. She has a beach umbrella to borrow.
The kitchen comes with an espresso maker, pots and pans, toaster, microwave and stove/oven-everything needed to make meals at home.
We had a great stay and will stay here again if we visit Sardenga in the future. Thank you Alice for your hospitality.

Relaxing home in the countryside
Posted Apr. 18, 2023 on HomeAwayWe would really recommend this property in the Sardinian countryside. Alice is a first class host - she couldn't have been more helpful! If you want peace and quiet to get away from it all, then this is a great place to relax, with lovely views of the mountains and a large garden with a friendly dog and some chickens. The pool was very clean and the children loved it. It is only 5 minutes in the car to the local beach at Solanas, and there are excellent beaches at the Costa Rei about 30 minutes away by car, and Villasimius is closer, and also has a lovely beach. The colour of the sea is a beautiful turquoise blue! Cagliari is certainly well worth visiting, and it takes about 45-50 minutes by car from here. Don't miss visiting the archaeological site of Su Nuraxi di Barumini - a fascinating UNESCO world heritage site. The house is comfortable and clean, and there is lots of scope for outdoor dining in the summer. A lovely holiday!

Perfect relaxing getaway
Posted Sep. 25, 2019 on HomeAwayAlice’s house is simply beautiful with everything you could need. An amazing location with plenty to do nearby. Communication with Alice was brilliant from the moment I booked and she was always available to answer my questions. Alice was even kind enough to book a nearby restaurant for my partner and I’s anniversary (‘Da Barbara’ - would 100% recommend!)
We loved having the animals to share our holiday with. Chippy and Pussum are very accommodating hosts and the ladies were kind enough to lay eggs for us everyday :-)
Can not fault Solanas- we had a wonderful holiday, thank you Alice, we will be back! X

Familien-Urlaub im Agust
Posted Aug. 17, 2024 on HomeAwayDas Ferienhaus ist super ruhig gelegen und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Durch die Hühner auf dem Gelände hatten wir jeden Tag frische Eier. Außerdem konnten wir aus dem Garten frische Feigen, Orangen und Passionsfrüchte ernten.
Viel Freude haben uns auch die Katzen und die alte Hunde-Dame gemacht, die in einem abgezäunten Bereich auf dem Grundstück gewohnt hat.
Bei Rückfragen war Alice immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.
Wir können das Objekt jedem empfehlen, der ein abgelegenes ruhiges Ferienhaus mit Pool und großem Grundstück sucht. Es ist allerdings ein Mietwagen notwendig.

Prachtige locatie midden in de natuur en dichtbij mooie stranden.
Posted Jul. 24, 2024 on HomeAwayEen heerlijke sfeervolle en vooral rustige plek om je vakantie door te brengen.
De eigenaresse is uiterst vriendelijk en toegankelijk. Het huis en de tuin zijn niet perfect onderhouden maar dit is niet storend en heeft zeker zijn charme. Wij hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in deze vantie woning.

Fantastic house with plenty of space and privacy
Posted Jul. 1, 2024 on HomeAwayWe had an amazing time in Alice´s house and enjoyed the space, peace and privacy. Everything is as described and we had a lot of fun with the 3 cats, little dog Tobi and the chickens that supplied us with fresh eggs. At the same time, great beaches such as Solanas or Costa Rei are within a short car distance. Cagliari also is easily reachable for a Saturday night out (40 min, 10 Euro for 24h parking right in the city center). Check-in and out went smoothly and Alice is always reachable in case of questions or problems. Thanks Alice for letting us stay a little longer since our flight was only in the evening. We will definitely come back again and can highly recommend this place.
