The only thing he found was that some places were not clean. We had the refrigerator checked earlier because the guests thought there was a leak on March 20. After they checked out, we sent a technician to have it fixed. The technician found that there was nothing wrong with the refrigerator. It was a jug of water that was leaking. Loose cables are from the WiFi and TV and are certainly not dangerous. They're in a corner. Most of it is in a tube. I have asked the new administrator to check the cables. When I was there I myself has put it in the tube. They will check it for me. Indeed, we discovered that some of the shutters do not open. Most do. We have found the right carpenters who do good work and are now getting started to check everything for me. The only thing about the dining table is that on 2 legs the plate has become a bit loose. The mirror on the dining table was fixed by three rubbers. These rubbers became worn out and gave an unpleasant view. The clean master and the manager at the time did not lift it and clean it or remove it. That was the whole problem. The dining chairs are made of plastic. The reason why we chose this is that the chairs in the photo have chrome legs. They were rusted by the sea air. Too much salt in the air. That's why we chose plastic that matches the table. Dear guest, It is true that Blue Bay is a very great place to stay with the facility that it offers. For every guest we provide two towels. You were two guests so the cleaner has provided not 4 but 6 towels that is 3 towels per guest. We have in the drawer of the kitchen salt and pepper. They are laid near the glasses in the kitchen. We even have milk, coffee and tea. So I cannot understand that you say that there is no essentials/amenities in the house. Normally we have dishwashing detergent but apparently the property manager forgot to buy it. You could have asked her, About the clothes detergent we don't provide that. We have never provided there and in all the years that we are renting the house nobody has complained about that. Remember that we are not a hotel but a house which we rent/hire to tourists. Normally, because we are not a hotel, people go to the supermarkets to buy food and drinks etc. That is what we also do normally when we go abroad. If I go to a hotel and take all-inclusive then I will expect everything to be provided. But even in hotels there are different packages. It is really convenient to stay by us and also the experience of other guests. About the communicatioion. We not even had a mail through which we could communicate with you. You have tried to make it easy for you by communicating through VRBO but whatsapp or even you personal e-mail would be easier. But you wanted through VRBO. So we did what your wish is. You didn't want to answer us through your personal e-mail. We not even knew when your plane was coming and the time of arrival. Very mysterious. Just the same day you have called and said that the plane was delayed so you were arrive late at night. And you said that you didn't want to see nobody.
