Small room, no closet or sitting chair. Street noise was terrible.

Overall liked that it had a different vibe than the usual hotels we stay in, however the shower worked but was in bad disrepair. From top to base as well as exterior it appeared to have leaking or other damage, as well as sheet rock issues.

Staff was not rude but also not friendly. They seemed put out by having to check in and out.

Toilet ran all night long. Room was small, no storage.

Always like staying at Avid. The front desk gals are super friendly, clean rooms, great beds, solid breakfast options.
