As I said previously, staff was somewhat preoccupied with something so lacked the welcoming attitude this time around. I have stayed at a themed room a number of times but not sure if I will spend the extra next time

We were disappointed that we were not offered/did not receive our free drink upon check in. We were with friends and two of the couples were upgraded to suites while we received a regular room. For VIP access, it didn't feel like we received this. It was just like staying at any other normal hotel. Breakfast food was not hot. The furnace/heater in our room was not working properly. It ran really hot so we kept having to turn the heat down. We did appreciate the proximity of the hotel to a couple of restaurants and the Hard Rock Casino. The hotel has a good location. We appreciated the breakfast hours as they seemed to serve food until late morning so plenty of time to eat.

Enjoyed our stay. We were there for 8 days, really enjoyed the fitness room and the pool, and the proximity to things downtown. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Hotel is very comfortable.

I had booked a VIP. They did not give me the drink tickets. I asked for a pillow and blanket for the pull out couch twice. They said they were out. Said a supervisor would contact me in the morning. No one ever did. Fan had obvious dust on it.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel and would stay there again. Front desk female clerk took a while to get there after ringing the bell and then it appeared she did not want to be there. She wasn't rude, just not inviting. Hot tub needs some cosmetic attention but for the rate the hotel was a good place to stay.
