Property needs an upgrade. Carpet was lumpy throughout the room and had mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom.

We had reserved a deluxe king suite for 3 adults. They gave us a room with 1 king bed for 3 adults. No sofa/couch even. Let alone a sofa bed. When we went back to the desk. They told us they had no sofa beds in the hotel at all. I told them state law would not allow them to rent a room for 3 adults with only 1 bed regardless of king or queen . If they charge us for 3 adults to sleep, then they have to have 3 sleeping spaces. Needless to say, we did not stay there as they could not accommodate us. We called hotels.com immediately. They called the hotel but apparently the hotel told our representative for Expedia that there was no manager on duty so they couldn’t change anything until they spoke with a manager at this hotel. We have a case number regarding this dispute given to us by hotels.com.
