Summary:
Enjoy this wonderfully remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bath townhome that is just steps off of 41st St! This place has recently been remodeled to make is cozy and comfortable, with all new appliance, furniture, and flooring! It is quiet enough to have a peaceful stay away from the noise, yet also within 2 blocks of over a dozen restaurants!

This space also has a 1 stall shared garage that comes with it, and a backyard to let your kids or pets run off some energy!

Best way to stay in Sioux Falls
We’ve been going to Sioux Falls for a summer swim meet for years and always stayed at a hotel. This was such a better experience giving the family room to spread out, a great location to access food (or make our own), and to bring our dog along on the trip. Will definitely do this again if we’re back in Sioux Falls in the future.

We stayed here after surgery following a cancer diagnosis. We were extremely happy with the house. James was a great host and easy to contact. The house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Souix Falls!

Property was beautiful. There were a few issues like the one bathroom is on the upstairs floor without a bathroom on the same floor as two of the bedrooms. A few repairs are needed like towel holder and dishwasher trim. These things scared us when they came off but were no big deal to us. The property was immaculately cleanThe dining room table was perfect gathering place for us and very beautiful!

Family get-together
We all enjoyed the property and it's accommodations. The initial entry code did not work and it took about 2 hours for the host to respond with a backup code. Once in all was fine and enjoyable. The communication with the host was poor, initially with the code and after with a few notes to him. No response via his telephone and only through the VRBO app were we able to get his attention. Other numbers given to us via the app were dead ends. His contact info was not given in the confirmation from VRBO and using the VRBO website for contact was not ideal.

We did not get into our rental. Need a refund.
We tried multiple times to get into our rental and the code did not work. We contact Aurmur many times, The Host many times and VRBO. No one ever answered our texts, calls, or emails. I would like my money refunded as we never did stay at the vacation home. Please let me know your solution to this disaster.

We had an inconvenient issue at check in but the owner responded extremely fast and took care of the situation immediately. The Place was a little smaller than we were visualizing however the house was nicely decorated and very clean plus had little extras like coffee pods and facial makeup wipes! Beds were all extremely comfortable which was a huge plus for us! We appreciated the great communication and would stay again!

Siblings get together
Very nice. We play a lot of card games and it had a nice big table and chairs. All appliances were functioning properly. Nice big refrigerator. Close to many places to eat out. Lots of free things to do in Sioux Falls. Garage, off street parking and convenient street parking. VERY comfortable beds and king or queen sized in every bedroom. Perfect for 4 couples. No bathroom in the basement. Put a porta potty in the laundry room and it worked great for us older ones (73, 74 & 76 y/olds) host very accommodating. Brought a crock pot for us to use. Carafe/single serve coffee pot. New furniture/carpeting/flooring. Would highly recommend. One of the best VRBO home I’ve stayed at.

This is a duplex with a basement that is only half a block off 41st street. I was a bit nervous of noise and lights but pleasantly surprised there was very little noise and the curtains blocked out any lights so rooms were dark enough to sleep. There are 2 living areas and 4 bedrooms with comfy beds. My 3 friends and I were all beyond impressed with the property and will stay again!

Wonderful experience! Highly recommend this space. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms in the basement. Living rooms with TVs also located upstairs and downstairs. Bathrooms fully stocked with towels and soaps. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils and plates/bowls/cups. We will be back! Thank you!!

first time in Sioux Falls
pulling up we were skeptical, didn't know this was a duplex. However this was never an issue, never heard the other tenants. Surprisingly the place had more than enough room for us. Kids loved the basement area the most. We had never been to Sioux Falls and this location was close to shopping, aquatic center, and we could walk for breakfast next door or across the road.
