Pour : Spacieux et propre. Le prix est très abordable.
My Place esr basé sur l'importance d'un endroit fonctionnel et efficace, le tout à bas prix. Il ne faut pas s'attendre à une grande décoration et esthétisme. My Place est très propre et le personnel très courtois.

Not my place!

Since I'm from Aberdeen, SD, I felt obligated to try a My Place since that's where they are Headquartered and knowing someone that works there. Sadly, I can't recommend them to anyone. The walls are too thin. The internal noise coupled with practically being on the Interstate make the noise level unbearable. No thank you. I probably got 1 or 2 hours sleep. Saving $20 wasn't worth it over a competing property down the road that I stayed at 2 weeks earlier. Night and day difference. It's a new property with many in-room amenities that are nice but I'd trade them for peace and quiet. If it were "my place" I'd do just a little bit of soundproofing to block out some of the noise. I realize saving money is paramount so installing the smallest toilet with the least amount of porcelain is a plus but these are like children's toilets with a height evenly between my ankle and knee. Of course that's nothing compared to the noise problem.

Dan,I am sorry that you felt our hotel was noisy during your stay. I will forward you comments to our corporate office as we are always interested to know how our guest feel about our hotels. I apologize for the lack of sleep during your stay.

Location is ok, near the interstate and shopping. Room was not the cleanest, floors need a good scrub and vacuum. A/C was not working properly is either freezing cold or nothing. Nice to have a working kitchen in the room, but there are no supplies such as plates or silverware or a pot or pan. Would I return? Maybe.

It was a nice clean hotel and room and the staff was very friendly. A very good place to stop and rest on your way to where ever.

Not the best for 2+ night stays

Room service is not going to be done until your 4th day staying at the hotel. Once trash is full YOU have to let the front know and they will pick it up outside your door. YOU also have to let them know when you need more towels or cleaner ones at the front desk. No transportation provided to airport. No one was working the front desk and always had to wait a few minutes for someone to finally hear your presence.

We are able to keep this price point by limiting some of the amenities not everyone uses. I am sorry this was not communicated to you at the time when you made your reservation on line.

Had to return to the lobby because keys did not work. Hotel is on a dead end street and maps (IOS) did not even know how to get there.

I liked that the rooms have a kitchen and big bathroom. Beds were comfy and staff was pleasant and great to deal with.
