I like that it is connected to the concert area.
I didn't like, our key didn't work to open up our door, they fixed this problem the morning we left. No heat in the room, it was very chilly, hard time sleeping when it was so cool in the room. No towel's in the swimming area. For the price of the room for 1 night, it was very disappointing to have these issue's.

Decent property - disappointing food and service.
Publié le 25 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe room was good. We were very impressed with the space and the cleanliness. The shower had very, very poor water pressure and it was actually difficult to use. Other than that, the room was fine. Slightly dated and the tv was very small and out dated, but fine.
The service and the breakfast Buffett ($17 per person) was very disappointing. It was fitting for a Days Inn, not a Marriott line of hotel. The server was quite rude and we felt unwelcome and uncared for. This left a sour taste in our mouth and we will doubtfully return to this property in the future unless we are assured things have changed.
