Decent stay
Publié le 9 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house is a great size for around 8-10 people. Not incredibly friendly for elderly as there are no handrails or bedrooms on the first floor (my fault for not checking). Thankfully it was great weather (no ice or snow).
The neighborhood is definitely not that safe, I was uncomfortable walking to my car by myself, especially in the dark. You can only fit about 2 cars in the driveway and the rest is street parking.
The house was mostly as the pictures described, rooms are nice and spacious. There was a cute little fireplace that made the living room more cozy to sit.

After sending your feedback to the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:– While the home maintains its original charm, the stairs can present challenges due to their older design. Hand railings are in place on both sets of indoor stairs, and we’re working with a contractor to add railings to the exterior side entries, weather permitting.– As we've noted before, the house is situated in a downtown area that's being revitalized, which can come with obstacles. To prioritize guest comfort and safety, we have cameras monitoring the exterior of the property. We’re also planning to upgrade the doors to improve security and reduce noise. Thank you for sharing your experience. Your input helps us continue improving for future guests.

Publié le 12 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house is decent for being an older home (normal expectations for an older home), but the neighborhood was a bit sketchy day and night and especially at night when coming home from the bar. We definitely were not comfortable walking anywhere from the house. House however was clean and comfortable, except the upstairs bathroom had a funky smell. I think the shower curtain needs to be washed.

Great Home Base
Publié le 2 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy friends and I got this place to stay for a wedding. I'm thankful I could take the dog with since we went hiking at the nearby state parks. The location was great: not far from restaurants or stores we needed to stop at. The AC was out, and they had a portable AC unit that worked really well! My friend successfully worked from the apartment on Friday without problem. Only regret is that we didn't take the chance to use the fire pit. Thankful for a nice, clean place to hang out with my friends and get ready for the wedding

Was a good place to stay
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was pretty clean. There were a lot of scented wall plug ins, which were a bit overwhelming. The house was good but I wasnt sure about the neighborhood. When we had an issue getting into the house, the property manager helped immediately and was easy to work with. (I had lost the code for the door)

Wonderful stay!
