Hello Travelers! This is a newly decorated and furnished first level floor of a two-unit Duplex. The flat above currently has quiet tenants with a toddler. However, once in a while, footsteps and running can be heard from the flat above.

This unit has two beds. One king-size Tempurpedic style memory foam, one queen size bed Tempurpedic style & large sofa bed w/ additional memory foam topper. We keep our place highly maintained and have it professionally cleaned and sanitized after every use.

This house is centrally located, close to Midco Aquatic center, Denny Sanford, Downtown, Sanford medical center, Augustana & University of Sioux Falls, and the Great Plains Zoo. Great living area, SMART TV streaming, you can log into your Netflix, etc. to watch your favorite series!

The condo was clean, comfortable, very nicely decorated and close to everything. I was there specifically to visit my son at university and it was walking distance. Nice quiet neighborhood, great off street parking. The host could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Will definitely look to stay there again.

Perfect Small Girl’s Weekend
My friend and I had a great stay. This property was perfect for chilling on the couch in between trips downtown and out to the falls. I also appreciated the small thoughtful upgrades like full ice trays in the freezer and really good toilet paper. No one likes the thin flimsy stuff.

My husband and I were in Sioux Falls for a swim meet at the Midco Aquatic Center. This VRBO was so close to the Midco, that we walked! The kitchen is well stocked, we made many meals. The King bed and pillows were very comfortable. The living room was perfect for relaxing, plenty of space to lounge. I’d highly recommend this VRBO to anyone staying in Sioux Falls!

We were charged for the stay that we originally put down . We let the host know we would not be there and cancelled the two days so he could book. Another host said we had to delete and rebook on your website. We were disappointed that we could not know this.

Host thought of everything!
Reuben was an ideal host, from letting my son & I check in early, to the cleanliness of every room (& I have high standards!), plus the little details of proper cooking utensils, spices, bathroom amenities and tv streaming options. My son was recovering from shoulder surgery and we needed a home away from home. We found it here with the very comfy beds and the lovely chaise lounge/sofa, to the fully stocked kitchen I could make home cooked meals in. If we ever find ourselves in Sioux Falls again, I would repeat in a heartbeat!

Perfect stay for a stop over or longer
Chose this place for the great reviews, inviting pictures of the place, Keurig coffee machine and pods, and great location. The communication with Rubin was prompt, the place was just as described, clean, had all the amenities, including shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser in the tub, hand soap, hair dryer hung in a visible bag in the bathroom, big TV , high WiFi connection, keyless entry with code provided the day of arrival, comfy bed, fluffy towels, very large and comfortable couch that can be made into a bed. Everything clean tidy. Bonus washer and dryer with cleaning products supplied! Absolutely recommend this place! Will be back on our next adventure out West😊
