Très bel endroit avec une vue magnifique sur Sipi falls et la campagne environnante.
Le lodge est confortable, les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et bien équipées.
La restauration pourrait être améliorée avec un choix de fruits en dessert, un service plus rapide et des prix revus à la baisse car trop chers .
Le personnel est aimable et attentionné.
Je recommande cet endroit pour un séjour à Sipi Falls.

The place to stay in Sipi Falls

Sam (the general manager) and his team are really nice and will make you feel at home for sure. Just make sure that you book for your Sipi Falls activities with Moses or any other guide directly advised by Sam (and no any other guide that comes directly to you) in order to make the most out of your visit to Sipi.

Publié le 20 févr. 2023 sur HotelsWe have been to Sipi multiple times over the years. Have never stayed here and would definitely not recommend it. We were 2 families with kids. I had booked 2 suites. When we arrived, there were multiple staff members hanging out in the outdoor dining room/reception area but no one came to greet us. I have never had a hospitality experience like that in Uganda. I went to the reception desk and 2 staff members looked confused when I told them I was there to check in. It was clear they were not expecting us and had no record of our reservation. Wifi was broken and cell service was poor but I managed to pull up our reservation to counter their suggestion that maybe I had booked at their hotel in Mbale town. Then it became clear that, not only had they not expected us nor have our rooms ready, but that they actually do not even have 2 suites on the property. We eventually got that sorted and settled on their 1 suite and another banda (1 twin/1 double bed). When I suggested that we had been misled and overpaid for 2 suites, I was told that all rooms are the same price- which is certainly not true based on this website. Later in the evening, we ordered dinner at their restaurant. They have an extensive menu but the food took more than 2 hours to arrive, which was quite frustrating. We pre-ordered breakfast for the following morning, as we had to depart quite early, and this was served 30 minutes later than we had asked for. All in all, quite a disappointment.

Hi, Jeremy I’m sorry our service did not satisfy your expectations. We set a high standard for our Lodges and are very sorry to hear that standard was not met during your stay with us. Our entire team apologises for the miscommunication that took place with your reservation. We had issues with our channel manager system and as a result did not confirm your reservation with our reception at Sipi. We apologise for the discomfort this caused you and your family. As for the room types we have I don’t know how or what happened to our listing, but mistakes happen and we are always open fix. our room was not acceptable. it wasn’t what we booked and they would not make it right.

This location & views were absolutely amazing!! We would highly recommend it for the value.
The only thing we would say is that they need to fix the shower so it flows better & it consistently has HOT water.
