Hôtel with aging style, very very slow service and low quality food. Not worth the money. Only the woman at front desk was helpful and efficient

Paradise 4 hours from Dubai, felt like I was in Maldives. Very nice staff, pleasant atmosphere, good option if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy nature.

Resort is a little tired. Disappointing to be checked in to a room where the outside area had not been cleaned. Used cigarettes and matches littering the floor. Furniture marked and tired in the room. Staff very friendly and good service, food mediocre for the price. Safari excellent, staff knowledgeable and great to see the efforts being made around conservation. Overall relaxing stay, but some minor downsides that could very easily be rectified.

Good but not great

Overall the experience was satisfactory. The staff were very friendly and helpful as you would expect from a resort like this. Al Yamm was short-staffed for check-in and in the evenings at the bar and restaurant. Our pool was infested with ants so couldn't use it. We did complain and they sent someone to clean but after an hour or so they were back which was a shame. When sitting outside for dinner, the lamppost hadn't been unwrapped which made an annoying noise in the wind. Just felt like the resort was not as good as it should be.
