Family friendly house in great location

Great stay
Publié le 29 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was our first time visiting Black Butte Ranch. What an amazing slice of heaven on earth!
The home was just as advertised. It's an older home, as are most of the others in that community. It matched the listing, had everything that we needed, and served us well.
We'll be back!

Cute cabin for a small group
Publié le 19 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe found this cabin to be cute and quaint. It is nicely updated and both patios were great areas to spend some relaxing family time outside.
Couple of quirks that were headscratchers for practicality purposes:
-house is not at all sound proof for sleeping. We had one person with a cough and no matter what room they slept in, everyone in all the other rooms could hear.
-No cabinet space for non-fridge food
-driveway is extremely tricky to navigate with a truck (wouldn't want to do it in the snow)
-There was no fan in the main bathroom and the window that you could use to vent out faced all the neighbor's porches.
-There was only one kitchen dish towel and no spares, only 5 regular sized spoons
-queen bed was really uncomfortable, squeaky and both the queen & king sheets had crud on them
-Kitchen is tiny (one maybe 2 people) and the living area downstairs could only accommodate about 4 people at a time.
I have stayed at BBR many times and this house is nicely updated and in a great location; however, I would only stay at this home again if there were less than 4 people in my party (and 2 were kids).

Golf trip was a success!!
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayHad a great time at the cabin. Played 54 holes in 2 days and it was nice to come back and relax at the cabin and in the HOT TUB!!. Only issue was the checkout list was lengthy and almost didn't make checkout time.

Great place to stay at black butte resort
Publié le 6 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay in this house. Our dog really loved all the low windows so she could see out from any room! We loved the location, close to glaze meadow pool and the house was clean with everything we needed. The hot tub was a fun addition.

Winter family snow trip

My question is why are there so many property managers? I rented from VRBO, but then it’s handled by Evolve and my bank put a fraud alert on the payment to Evolve. I assume we pay more with each extra entity that’s involved in this transaction.

Fall Getaway
Publié le 9 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe would highly recommend this cabin in Black Butte. We brought our two dogs who also had a blast.
The cabin was comfortable and perfectly furnished for sitting by the fire, reading a book, doing a puzzle, and squirrel watching out the window.
Everything was clean and working well.
Kate was very quick to respond to all e-mails.
We will definitely be back!

Rustic/Modern in the woods
Publié le 15 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThis house has seen some better days, a little rustic. It was a little small for us. There are the number of beds, but the upstairs is tight, and little hazardous. The steps and bunkbeds were tight. All of it is small, the kitchen is well outfitted and remodeled but tiny, the living area small.
Also any noise from upstairs really transmits. The outside decks are tired.
If you are looking at some of the higher end homes in BB, this is not it. No A/C.
The owner was very responsive, the instruction book good.

Family Retreat
Publié le 11 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThis house was perfect for our family. It had all the amenities needed and more. The bunk room was perfect for my daughter's family of four and the collection of toys and books was a big hit with all the kids (ages 2, 5 & 7). The proximity to the pool was also very handy.
