Avis Stylish two-story loft with patio & firepit, W/D, WiFi, & walkable location

Nice clean place but there’s about 4 doors that lead to other rentals in the home that have large gaps underneath them. Pretty dusty throughout. You can hear literally everything the neighbors in the other rentals attached to yours is doing. We could even hear them walking throughout their rental even though they weren’t above us and talking. It’s in a nice location and quiet neighborhood close to Main Street.

Nice stay as always

Pros: It is a fun space for a single or couple (even with maybe a kid or two), and it's easily walkable to downtown Sisters. I really enjoyed the reclaimed space and materials. Cons: The fees were outrageous! The cleaning, insurance, and booking fee total more than the rental cost. And this includes insurance rather than a deposit. They promote it like they are doing you a favor, but you would get a deposit back. It is managed by Vacasa, and if anything is wrong you get ZERO support. The property was freezing, and the temperature was locked on 58 degrees on a night when it was getting down in the 30s. No one ever answered the phone on three tries. I did online chat twice and both times the other side disconnected. I finally contacted VRBO, who did connect me to someone at Vacasa. I was passed along from one person to another on the phone, with long waits in between. (One exception was the maintenance woman who was eventually sent on site. She was as frustrated as I was, and would have kept working on it long after I decided to just give up and pile on the blankets.) I will never, ever again rent a property managed by Vacasa.

Nice and clean unit. Thought it might be cold at night but the heater was very efficient. Lots of room for a studio unit. The chandelier is a nice touch!

Unique property in a great location of Sisters. Significant negative Is interior doors to other attached unit unsatisfactory. If you are OK hearing conversation and TV and music and walking around noise from other unit this is otherwise very good.

This is a great rental in Sisters, just south of the main drag in a great neighborhood. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. Its a clean and funky space. The pictures are pretty accurate of the space, you enter upstairs and descent to the main living area.. The only thing to mention is you will hear anyone else staying in the property, so don't expect it to be insanely quiet. The people who left at 6am were not the most quite... Still a great place and was a great value for Sisters in the summer. Would stay again.
