The apart-hotel was really good in terms of cleanliness, but we were not informed about parking and laundry, which we thought was included. Other than that, the area is very safe and there are many things to do and we had a great stay!

En virkelig lækker og ren lejlighed. Den ligger i et roligt område, men en kort gåtur fra byen og stranden. Det er en hyggelig by med god atmosfære. Kan klart anbefales.

Party until 4:30am is not acceptable

This is about a stay we had in this property in May 2023. Getting the basics out of the way: standard of accommodation was okay - not amazing. It was clean, booking and access were fine. The negative: upstairs had a party from about midnight on Friday night until about 4:30am. Singing, shouting, crashing about, furniture being moved. It's not obvious when this sort of thing starts that it's going to go on all night and we didn't fancy confronting a large group of drunk people, so had a night with very broken sleep, which wiped out the next day. The same didn't happen on the second night because our Spanish friend contacted the owners and threatened them with the police. I've seen a similar review for this property and I know the owners will probably make excuses that it's not their fault, it's inconsiderate guests, but in my opinion they've created the problem. The property is in a block owned by the same company. This means that there are no permanent residents to complain and get issues like this stamped out; the sound proofing between flats is poor. it's not obvious what to do if this sort of thing happens; they haven't screened their guests well / have not warned them against parties. If you want to have a party or don't care about very noisy neighbours, then the flat is ok. If you don't want that then it's a gamble. Either way, find out the contact details and what you should do if there are any issues overnight.

First of all, we think it's easy to write all this under an anonymous message. We are just going to say that we inform several times (not just once) that one of the main rules of our company is to respect the others and that any kind of party is NOT allowed.In the information previous to the arrival we specify:Every guest has the obligation to respect the rest of the neighborhood and the rest of the guests in the building. Parties, smoking inside the apartment, or any type of noise that may lead to a complaint from a neighbor is strictly prohibited. Failure to respect the rules of coexistence can be a reason for collecting the deposit and even the expulsion from the apartment.In the information to access into the apartment we specify:* It’s very important to respect the rest of the neighborhood. It’s prohibited the celebration of parties, loud events, strong noise, smoking inside the apartment or moving furniture.We also repeat this information in different points of the the reservation process, so we are quite surprise that you state that it's our fault that people celebrate parties when it's not allowed. Unfortunately we can't control the other's acts.In conclusion, we are so sorry for your lack of comprehension.

Jättefint nära stranden butiker o restauranger

Fin ren rymlig lägenhet. Vi har bott här förr och då lämnade vi förslag på förbättringar. Vi önskade då mer möjlighet att hänga upp kläder och skor i hallen. Det finns inga avhängningsmöjligheter så allt hamnar på golvet. Vore trevligt om lednigen lyssnar på smarta tips som skulle göra semestervistelsen lättare och mer "organiserad". Ytterligare en förbättring skulle vara lite mer av porslin, glas, bestick etc så man slipper diska efter varje måltid. Tror de flesta skulle uppskatta smarthet. Trånga smala trappor utan hiss men annars finfina lägenheter.
