Superbe maison mais à améliorer
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HomeAwaySuperbe maison sur un beau terrain et une très grande piscine. Chambres spacieuses. Nous avons apprécié cette semaine. A savoir cependant que la maison est proche d'une voie ferrée avec un trafic dense à certaines heures. Seules les chambres ont l'air conditionné.
A améliorer : la propreté de la piscine, l'eau était trouble dès notre arrivée, le liner sale, des taches jaunâtres au fond et des échelles rouillées. Les transats sont inconfortables car sans coussins. Pas de serviettes ou de torchons dans la cuisine. Pas de sel, poivre, huile etc, il a fallu tout racheter. Bref, rien de bien méchant ( à part la propreté de la piscine). La maison est magnifique et l'accueil bien sympathique.
A noter aussi : il a fallu 12 jours et une dizaine de mails pour obtenir le remboursement de notre caution

Didi qui nous a accueilli a été surper avec nous et a répondu à toutes nos demandes.
Nous ne sommes sortis qu’une fois pour aller au restaurant, sinon la maison nous a suffit :)

Merci d'avoir réservé Villa El Ranch a 10 minutes a pied de la plage de Calafell, 20 minutes a pieds du centre de Calafell et 12 minutes en voiture de Sitges.
Cela est documenté dans le titre de la villa et dans sa description.
Nous sommes content de votre apréciation concernant la belle villa et son magnifique jardin/zones exterieures.
Concernant le retour de la garantie, parfois le proprietaire tarde a traites les les eventuels dommages rencontré et dans votre cas, ils n'ont pas été deduits de la garantie.

Publié le 29 août 2018 sur HomeAwayLocation de qualité avec petite terrasse (permettant de manger facilement dehors) et jolie vue sur mer, accès rapide à l’une des 8 plages (mixte par contre: 75% habillés et 25 % nudistes), calme et centre de Sitges (station balnéaire très mignonne et sympathique) accessible en 10-15 minutes à pied. Nous recommandons.

Apartmente Bellavista with 2 pools and a fabulous garden, acces to one beach at 50 meters, and two others beaches at 1 km walking is a good election. You are tight with the 8 beaches. Supermarket very close, Center Sitges at 10 minutes walking.

Très bel appartement. Idéalement situé avec de nombreuses commodités dans l'appartement.

Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine.
Bien adapté pour 7 personnes, sans problème.
La climatisation a été la bienvenue.
Très bon accueil.
Peut être prévoir de quoi étendre le linge.
Je recommande !

Beautiful stay in Calafell

We loved the area, the pool, the gardens are amazing and we were very well looked after by the hosts who were so kind. The property had everything we needed and we liked the character of the property. The shaded area around the pool is fantastic and there is a large table to eat at so everyone could eat together.
VRBO are inaccurate in their listing of the location as the property is at least 35 minutes drive from Sitges and it's about 15 minute walk to the nearest beach. The property is in Calafell which is not Sitges but is quieter and very charming.

Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was lovely and clean, the bed formations for our group were checkeck and organized as we requested.
Didi attention to detail was great on check it, it was lovely to hear about the family history of the property.
Any concerns we had Didi and Tommy were prompt at replying and assisting where needed.
The pool shower was not as expected and 2 bathrooms for 12 was not ideal however we did manage this better than expected.
The kitchen was equipped but would have benefited from some more plastic plates/glasses for alfresco snacks and drinks for both kids and adults.
The outside dining table was great, we could see the kids in the pool, in or out of the shade, long lunches and evening drinks here were lovely.
The pool was a fantastic layout and size for the family, however would have benefited from being cleaner, we did request some more chemical mid week and Didi provided this promptly.
The local taxi's were not that reliable and we struggled on an evening to get taxies to collect to take us to the local restaurants, this was also an issue for getting home from the resort center.
The local restaurants and sea front was beautiful and welcoming.
The local lidil is great and only a short 10 minutes walk and the lidil staff will call a taxi for you which was great.
Overall a great size property lots of fun in the pool, with the extra fridge and activitys in the garage ideal for the teens giving a break from the sun.

Pleasant stay in this charming house
Publié le 3 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThere were 16 of us of the age 7-64 who stayed for a week in this charming old house with history. It's located in a quiet, beautiful area, just a 10 minutes walk from the beach. The bathrooms have been renovated, and in our opinion it's time for the kitchen as well, although it works perfectly. Could still add some kitchen utensils. The pool was wonderful and we also used the shaded area a lot. We all agreed that we want to give the house and Didier our host the best rating. Thanks for us!

Villa El Ranch ha a great outdoor area, close to beautifull beaches of Calafell with a a very good price for rent.
Next reform will be the kitchen to actualize the design and make it more modern, but as you said, everthing is working perfectly.
Ok for ustensils, we will check for it.
