Une superbe villa pour des vacances entre amis
Publié le 4 sept. 2021 sur HomeAwayUne très belle expérience, dans cette magnifique villa. Pas trop loin du centre, à proximité directe de la plage. Les espaces sont bien pensés. Nous étions 10 adultes... Merci à la fondation de nous avoir permis de loger ici. Je recommande pour un grand groupe.

Amazing stay on Sitges

The outside areas are great for groups and families. Its rigjt in the centre of the strip so its easy ti walk to the old town amd to the beach.

An unforgettable experience in coastal paradise
Publié le 23 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay at Villa Tupinetti was amazing! The villa is perfectly located with spectacular views and close to the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean.
The private pool was a real luxury, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
It's definitely the perfect place for a relaxing vacation.
We will be back next year!

The good, the bad and the ugly.
Publié le 27 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayGood: Nice villa, perfect location. Bad: Pool was dirty once we arrived and it took half of the stay to get it clean. Refund of the heating fee was offered as compensation, that is ok. The ugly: It's been now 23 days since we left and we haven't received our deposit back, nor the heating fee, neither did we hear anything from weekly villas since 9th of November regardless of several trials via phone, mail or whatsapp.

Thanks for booking Villa Tupinetti. Sorry for pool problem due to the high temperature in October month that Pool Company didn't manage correctly and we agreed a compensation.
We will check with pool tecnical what happened as in autumn it's easier to have a pool cleaned. Easier that in summer where we didn't have had problems.
Deposit have been returned. Sometimes owner complete our control and ask for more checks before returning deposit. Sorry for little delay.
We are on low season and holidays of part of our team, that's why you may have some delay on response.

High expectations dissapointed
Publié le 25 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayBooking with the agencies (2 agencies plus the owner), was very complex, although I speak English and Spanish fluently. The information from the owner regarding additional costs for heating turned out to be wrong: The heating was not used, however, the deposit for the heating was not returned. By the way, the house was very cold in April! The deposit for the house was not returned within 1 week as written in the contract but took a lot of persuading and 4 weeks before it was in our banking account. The electric gate entrance was broken , so the first day we had to pay for parking and luggage was stolen out of the car in front of the house. The second day we were able to open it manually, which was okay.

Spacious House in Great location
Publié le 23 juill. 2023 sur HomeAway3 families stayed here for a week. The house is spacious and has everything you need. Close walk to the beach and Sitges. The kids loved the pool! Make sure you read the fine print and extra charges in the agreement as we were stuck paying a large extra fee.

Amazing Location
Publié le 25 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayOverall we spent an amazing 2 weeks in Villa Tupinetti.
The Villa is perfect for a large group of people. We had few issues here and there but overall Barbara was responsive and available to help fix things which is great.
Since the Villa is old (renovated but the structure plumbing and electricity are old) make sure to take your time during the check in and take pictures of anything that might look damaged.
We also loved the architecture of the house and the layout is perfect for a large group.
I highly recommend the place.
