Étape très onéreuse assez confortable

Nous avons pu changer de chambre car la notre était au dessus de ventilation bruyante Sans problème Chambre petite mais lit très confortable très grand très propre Piscine bruyante avec les jaccuzi dans ambiance très chaude Petit déjeuner parfait nourriture nappes blanches service Prix très très élevés en l’absence de réductions hôtels.com et même ...

Première escale par cet établissement et certainement pas la dernière. Confortable, excellent rapport qualité prix, parking (non négligeable au UK)... le spa un vrai moment de détente... et les plats du chef, un régal... Nous y reviendrons!

Absolutely stunning, beautiful hotel, very clean and grounds, all staff are polite helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. The gym is small but great for us. Definitely will stay here again.

We stayed here as our first night off as mum and dad so was hoping for a good nights sleep. Was firstly disappointed with the greeting we received. We were not shown to our room just told where to go in this massive house we had never been in before !! The room was dark smelled dusty. Was woken up at 4am by stairs creaking and banging above and around us was so loud It kept us up from 4-8am I ended up going to reception at 8am nearly in tears because I was soo tired ! We spoke to another couple who also said there was a dog barking above them constantly from 9pm onwards the same night (we went for a meal so misses the barking luckily !) The staff were absolutely usless with helping me no manager came to deal with the matter I was just told either Icould have a £50 refund or complain !? Absolutely terrible standards especially running somewhere like this you would think guests would be made to feel like there staying in a 4 star and not a 2 star. Especially the money we paid for the room. Never coming back here and we will be telling our wide knit family and friends community about this place !
