As a self-catering caravan, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The caravan is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This caravan has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. There is also a double pull out bed in the lounge area making it a 6 birth.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
The second bedroom contains 2 twin beds.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink.


Linen and towels are not included so you will need to take those on your holiday with you. Quilts and pillows are provided but bed linen isn’t.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are are allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: if a booking is made outside of air b&b or trip advisor the security deposit is not included in the price at the time of the booking.
The security deposit is £100 and needs to be made by bank transfer to the owners of the caravan before your holiday commences and will be returned on the last day of your holiday once the caravan has been cleaned and checked. Owners off the caravan, lee and Charlotte will contact you to arrange this prior to your stay.
