Very welcoming reception upon arrival
Easy check in
Very spacious, clean and fresh room
Breakfast was the best I have had for a long time
Only gripe would be we prefer a firmer matress but you can't have everything in life 😂
Will definitely book again as we are always in skegvegas

Disappointed

Was told we're on top floor so explained not poss. & was changed to first floor but room very small, shower trickled & barely warm. Bed most uncomfortable. Petty over breakfast. We left after 2 sleepless nights instead of 4. Will not be returning.

I’m sorry you feel this way, the parking is very restricted and as advertised there is not enough parking for all guests and it’s on first come first served basis so if the spaces are already taking by someone it is there’s for their whole stay, however we did explain about parking just over the road on the street or the car park that is a couple of mins walk down the road. With breakfast as I explained on check in we ask everyone to complete a form and book breakfast the evening before to keep prices down as I’m sure you can understand with all groceries etc going up as much as they have recently for everyone, and to cut down on waste also to save us putting prices up to cover the waste we came up with the solution of the booking form. You had booked a room on the second floor which was shown on booking sites with pictures but we did swap you to a first floor room. The shower is a new shower only a couple of weeks old so maybe you had done something wrong with it as I have had people in that room every evening since you left and everyone else has said how nice it is. Again with the bed being uncomfortable I guess that is personal choice and everyone likes different. If you had spoken to us while you were here and explained your issues I would have tried my best to sort things out for you but even when we asked why you were leaving early(giving you a chance to explain) you didn’t say anything just that you hadn’t slept. Again all I can say now is I’m sorry you felt this way.

Our stay was great. The room was cosy but very clean and well stocked with towels and beverage making equipment. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Thank you
