Dear Guest, thank you for taking the time to do this review and we do appreciate you staying at the hotel. As you know the Monsell hotel is situated close to beach and town centre of Skegness and is a purpose built hotel with excellent wi-fi and facilities, thanks for staying at the Monsell.

From the moment we checked in no where to park, no toilet rolls in room, dirty bedding, wall paper falling off walls, mattress dirty, shower room dirty filthy this is not a 4 star hotel this hotel needs to be seen by perfessional people

Dear Guest, thank you for your review of your one night stay. you We do not guarantee car parking but there is free parking on the street. The first room you looked at you did not like and this was the room where new toilet rolls had been missed by the cleaner. The room you stayed in did have toilet rolls. You were shown 2 more rooms and choose the one you stayed in which was clean. We disagree with your comments, the bedding was clean as was the shower. The building is very old and it is a budget hotel. If you have problems in any hotel you should go to Reception where things can be sorted, we can't do anything if you leave and say nothing.

Friendly lady on reception. Clean and comfortable. Only a short walk to town.

Basic Holiday Seaside Hotel

Hotel was great hosts was great I no it's a hard job cause I have many places my self id stay here again breakfast was brilliant. And walking distance to the beach parking was great to easy access to get in and out . I'd recommend it to you
