Amazing B&B in the heart of Skegness. Highly recommend, nothing is too much trouble for the owners who are very welcoming! Added bonus, a great breakfast and on-site free parking.

The first thing that strikes you when you get to this hotel is the endless hospitality and welcoming by the staff believe to be the owners.
The second is the highest levels of cleaning levels.
The room has plenty of hot drink facilities and the rooms are also big and roomy.
I can't raccomand enough,

Nothing was to much trouble.. I paid a very low rate for two nights with free breakfast
The location was just perfect and everything was was just a few minutes away, I will without hesitation return to this hotel and be happy in the knowledge I’ll get 5 stars service

Northdale, lovely warm cosy room, on arrival the host offered us a cup of tea which was very welcome and very nice, none of your cheap t-bags, lovely smiley lady very welcoming, even offered to carry bags upstairs probley heavier than herself, I THINK NOT far too heavy. Bless her. Thankyou for a lovely stay.
