NOT A HOTEL just a guest house???
Publié le 22 mai 2024 sur HotelsRoom was small. TV miniscule (about 14 inches).Bathroom 4foot X 3foot.Shower cubicle 2ft 6inch square. all in all not value for money - Premier Inn lots better and cheaper!

Hi Brian, thankyou for taking time to review your recent stay with us.Yes, you are correct. The Sherwood is a Guest House with 6 bedrooms NOT A HOTEL. We had available larger rooms that were only 5 more than the standard room that you requested at time of your booking.We are not a modern purpose built 100 bed Hotel and unfair of you to compare us to Premier Inn. Pricewise, I feel that we offer great value for money. The price we charge per room per night inclusive of breakfast is less than 1 nights stay at Premier Inn. With that in mind, if you had booked the 2 nights with Premier Inn inc. breakfast you would get a 4 nights stay including breakfast at The Sherwood for a similar price.We do not call ourselves a Hotel or compare us in anyway to Premier InnI do hope you return to visit Skegness in the future. There are some lovely Hotels along the seafront. Also some lovely Guest houses and B&Bs that can offer lovely facilities along with Premier Inn and in the near future Travel Lodge.

Breakfast was excellent I would recommend this B and B to everyone.
