Ideal for couples or families, this cosy Yorkshire stone cottage sleeps up to four guests it the peaceful village of Beamsley, never too far from the ever inviting Yorkshire Dales villages and sights that await your visit, such as Skipton Castle, RHS garden Harlow Carr and Bolton Abbey Estate, home to The Devonshire Arms.
This dog friendly hideaway, offers a traditional, comfortable stay in a cottage full of Yorkshire charm, boasting countryside views to the front, an enclosed garden perfect for children and dogs, walks from the doorstep and wood burning stove for those relaxing winter evenings. The kitchen provides everything you need to enjoy your holiday, you can even have your morning coffee whilst taking in the view from the kitchen window or better still have breakfast from the dining table in the sitting room looking out onto the garden. The family bathroom and bedrooms are upstairs. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed with plenty of storage space, whilst the second bedroom offers bunk beds, perfect for the family and fun for the children.
Step outside through the front door via the sitting room to enjoy the gorgeous cottage garden, filled with herbs, flowerbeds throughout summer and seating to relax and watch the sun go down or enjoy listening to the birds on the rear patio just outside the kitchen. Acorn Cottage is well placed for the Great Yorkshire Show in Harrogate, Grassington Christmas market or a trip on a long boat in the height of summer on the Skipton Canal. Even Haworth is only a 15 mile drive, home to The Bronte Parsonage Museum.
