We expected someone on reception but had to go in to the bar. Staff were nice enough. The room was tiny but ok I suppose. One on the hand towels had makeup stains on it, we shared 1 so it was fine. The bedding had a brown mark on it and the pillows far to hard for me but my husband liked them. Breakfast was ok but we wont be rushing back

Pleasant hotel in nice location by canal
Publié le 18 sept. 2024 sur HotelsA pleasant hotel with nice location by the canal with easy access and short walk into town. Pleasant, helpful staff and a good restaurant on site but also many food choices nearby.
Only problem is no proper lift and the lift for disabled access / luggage is in need of some maintenance with only one person at a time allowed and rather slow, noisy and creaky
