Hôtel moderne, propre, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Salle de sport sur deux étages, très complète. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est sans doute l'un des meilleurs de la ville.

Parfait côté rivière, dommage de ne pas prévenir que l' hôtel se situe à l' ombre du stade de Football de la ville à 20 mètres.

Très bon hôtel, moderne, le buffet du petit déjeuner propose de nombreux choix et la salle de sport est très complète !

A must Togo!

One wonderful and beautiful hotel. Spacious room, quiet, clean, with a wonderful spa, and a gigantic delucious breakfast! It’s a place I hope to come back soon to enjoy more.

Modern and well equipped. Quiet location and overlooking the river. Good restaurants and convenient spa. Welcome to your second home in Skopje!

The room was spacious and clean. The renovation is not finished yet, so the air conditioning doesn't work. The shower wall is made of glass and it is inside the room and can be seen. There was no curtain on the glass bathroom wall in our room, but some rooms have it. It is not good to have a glass wall in the bathroom when you are staying with your children. The hotel staff was very friendly and can speak English. Parking cant be done by yourself freely, you mıst give the keys to the hotel staff to park. It would be a better place when the renovation is finished. It has a very beautiful river view in a huge balcony.

Dirty rooms

This was the most dirty 5-star hotel I ever stayed at. I got to my room late in the even, but even in the dark I could see it was not clean. The sheets felt clean, so I decided to stay. The dirt was more in the corners, edges, the wall, the couch. You could see that they haven’t done a full clean probably in months. The bed was a cheap foam topper with awful dents in there. When I told the front desk about my experience, they even shared that indeed they got more complaints about the rooms not being clean. That was the worst part for me. If you are management, and you get more than one complaint about a room not being clean, you go and personally check every room to avoid any further issues. In short - they should replace management. They clearly are not in control and haven’t trained their staff properly.
