Family Fall Vacation
Publié le 28 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat cabin up in the mountains. Serene and secluded, yet equipped with modern amenities. The deck offers astounding views of Lake Arrowhead. The hot tub further enhances the already amazing deck experience. My family had an awesome fall getaway. We hope to revisit and explore other seasons at The Bootlegger's Run.

Romantic cabin wedding weekend!
Publié le 22 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at Bootlegger’s Run the weekend of our wedding in Lake Arrowhead and enjoyed the beautiful cabin and hot tub. The cabin is so cozy. Our host was very responsive and helpful with a few questions. We would definitely come back!

“Bootleggers Run” Ticks All The Boxes

I wanted a secluded mountain cabin with a beautiful view, nicely appointed with all the amenities. I found it at the “Bootleggers Run” in Sky Forest. The view overlooking the lake is spectacular. Loved to soak in the hot tub from the secluded deck as well as enjoy a second spacious deck with gas fire pit and sitting area and large table for eight. All of this and more! Inside, a cozy thoughtfully decorated mountain home. If space allowed I would talk about giant indoor copper bathtub, a second jetted tub in the master, and private outdoor shower. Well done Tim. Thanks for opening your home. To all considering this place. My advice. Don’t delay. If available, book it now!

Peaceful and relaxing
Publié le 14 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was peaceful and relaxing. It was in a quiet area with access to everything we could need but far enough away that it wasn't a bother. The property itself was beautiful and surprisingly spacious. The owner was super attentive and did a good job of making the stay as pleasant as possible. He was also very good about recommending nice places in the area for entertainment and unwinding. We would highly recommend this vacation stay to anyone looking to get away from it all for a recharging escape. Thank you, Tim!

Magical Forest Getaway🌲
Publié le 18 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWow! What an incredible experience it was to stay at Bootlegger’s Run for a few nights. The cabin is even better than the photos and exactly how I wanted to celebrate my birthday. I wished we would’ve stayed longer than 3 nights. It was the perfect getaway from the busy hustle and bustle of city life. It even snowed on the first night of our stay and we woke up to a winter wonderland outside.
We were blown away by how well kept, clean, and organized the cabin was. It was stylish and cozy - yet spacious! All of tubs were absolutely divine and I felt like I was in another world relaxing in the hot tub at night.
Tim was a great host and he has a lovely gem of a home with its history proudly displayed. We’ll be back soon ❤️

Cozy and Private Cabin
Publié le 30 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayFour adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this homey and cozy cabin. Magnificent stone fireplace (gas) was warming and made our evenings so nice. Cabin is well-appointed and with an open design. Private feel, no neighbors next door. We took nice walks in the neighborhood, and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Things to note: there are stairs down to cabin and to downstairs bedrooms. Final stretch of road to cabin is dirt and could be difficult in rain or snow. We had no problems, but could be challenging in difficult weather.

Cool Cabin
Publié le 24 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWhat a fun cabin to relax at and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Arrowhead with beautiful views of the Lake as well. Loved the attention to detail in and outside the cabin. Absolutely loved the outdoor shower. Beautiful spa, super cozy and homey. Well stocked in every way. Very clean as well. Had a little trouble with figuring out the spa, lighting the stove and fire pit. Owner was quick to help us out tho! Would definitely come back again! Thank you ☺️
