Publié le 21 avr. 2018 sur ExpediaNot pleased, we did not get the place that was Shaw on the photo when we booked on line, and also they were to pick us up at the airport and give us the keys, and they wanted to get payed for that service, we over pay for what we got,

We have explained this a number times that you got the apartment that you booked. In fact we never received any claims that you got the wrong apartment. It is unfortunate that you are blaming us for a mistake that we have no blame for.
Furthermore we never promised a complimentary airport transfer.

Pour : Not warm and welcoming but it had an elevator and a huge modern kitchen, lots of hot water and heat.Our agent was lovely but couldn't change the apt.
Contre : Insufficient bedding (No topsheets or light blankets). More comfortable sofas and chairs. Bedroom lamps too tiny and virtually useless. No views.
Emplacement : Great location in Sliema but streets very steep.. Close to picturesque St. Julien harbor and many chic restaurants.Excellent bus service & taxis.
The apartment we got was not as shown on the Expedia website!We complained but the agent had no other to show.We accepted it however. Absentee owned, it had a great kitchen but was not really comfortable, with slithery plastic sofas. No views. Poor layout. Classy area close to lovely waterfront, but quite a climb uphill. Lacked top sheets and light blankets. (Had to purchase them ourselves!) TIny uselessly dim lamps in bedrooms. Shower stall too small. Maid service ok. No concierge, no land line, thus( difficult to contact management.( Why would they assume we had cellphones usable in Malta?
