It is a lovely place to stay.we have rented it twice.
Publié le 4 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is a beautiful and peaceful property. This is the second time we stayed here and plan to return again. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and even provides Organic Coffee! The master bath is fantastic and very distinctive with a big glass bathing area. I love the huge bar and Kitchen counter. The view to the ocean is lovely. The fire pit is great to roast marshmallows. We all enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a fun and memorable time at the coast!

False claim to charge more money

Beautiful home
Publié le 25 août 2022 sur HomeAwayThis home is beautifully decorated and maintained. The pictures are spot on and completely accurate. Plenty of space for our group of nine to comfortably sleep and eat. Teens loved to have the basement space, with games galore, all to themselves. Just be aware, the basement space is not connected to the main level internally. You have to go outside to get to the lower level. A bit odd, but not a big issue for us. Great location, close to the ocean and beaches as well as the redwoods. We would definitely stay here again!

Beach get away reunion

Great Stay

Nice location, ok property.

Pros:
- Well stocked kitchen
- Lots of games and activities provided (board games, pool table, etc.)
- Nice views
- Big Washer and Dryer
Cons
- We booked for 11 people and there was not enough bedding for everyone. We had to dig into the bins labeled for housekeeping only. Since we rented for 11, there should have been sheets on beds or available to make up beds for 11 people to sleep. The rollaway beds were both downstairs, no sheets or blankets. The downstairs sofa bed said there was bedding in the ottoman, there was not. Because of this, we did not have enough duvets for everyone and had to use throw blankets from the sofas on the kids beds. I texted the property manager that we did not have enough, but she did not bother to send someone to supply us with adequate bedding.
- It wasn't as clean as other vacation rentals we have stayed at. The kitchen garbage had refuse from the previous occupant. There was garbage inside the downstairs ottoman and things like socks and small toys under the beds. Just little things the cleaning crew missed which makes you wonder how well they actually cleaned especially in the covid era.
- The property description at the time we booked did not mention that the basement and upstairs are not directly connected inside. We may have booked elsewhere had we known this, but by the time another reviewer mentioned it we couldn't find another accommodation in this area for a group of our size.

I am so very sorry your stay was less than excellent. We are purchasing extra bedding and have instructed the housekeeper to check the ottoman downstairs on a regular basis. We are also changing the description to make sure people know the stairs to the bonus room are outside. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention.

Amazing Place

The teens loved the separate area in the basement with the pool and foosball tables. Thank you for sharing your great house and we can’t wait to come back!

Fun place for family!
Publié le 28 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayProperty was clean, open floor plan to allow for a family of 9 to spend time together. Beds were really comfortable! I enjoyed having the game room downstairs so our 19-23 yr old kids could hang out late while we slept upstairs. Will definitely book again!
