Liked location, amenities and cleanliness.
Property did not have tea towels for cooking and no sheets for bunk beds.

Thank you for your feedback Jessica - I apologise for missing tea towels and shall alert the cleaner to this oversight. As for bunk bed sheets two of the bunks were not required for your booking and so were not made up. Your bed configuration is explained in your Welcome Letter, 2 adults in QS bed, 2 Adults in DBed and 2 bunk beds, had you indicated that you were 6 separate adults the bunks would have been made.

Great house rental for a family
Publié le 15 juill. 2019 sur HotelsWonderful 3 bedroom house near the beach on Phillip Island with a washer and dryer, and well appointed kitchen. We grilled one night for dinner. Such a comfortable place! I highly recommend if you are traveling with a family. It was even better than it looked in the photos.
