Hello Karina! Our local team reached your apartment as soon as it was possible. Also there were all the bedding and pillows in the storeroom. This issue was discussed with company management and decision is final. We're sorry that you were unhappy, but from our side we did our best to solve the issue.

We had multiple issues in our unit and nothing was ever done about it. Broken door latches, broken couch, things not working right. Property manager didn't care to fix them.

Our family trip was for a memorial. We needed a place to be together without being too cramped. This apartment was beautiful and clean. It was everything we had hoped for! Will definitely return!
