Escape to theupper-level bedroomm, adorned with two Queen-size beds tocomfortably accommodate up to four guestsy. Enjoy the serenity of a private space and a petite bathroom with a standing shower, toilet, and sink. The convenience of a tucked-away washer and dryer is located inthe bedroomm. Entertainment awaits with a TV equipped with ROKU for seamless streaming. Plenty of drawers and closet spaceare available for longer stays.

Adjacent to theBedroomm, discover a petite bathroom with a standing shower, toilet, and sink. This private space provides added convenience, ensuring a comfortable stay during your Bermuda retreat.

Kitchen:
Feel at home in our well-equipped kitchen, which boasts a full oven, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, and all the dishes necessary to make you feel at home. Additionally, we're happy to loan anything you may need extra to cook with during your stay.

Living Dining Area:
The inviting living/dining area seamlessly extends from the kitchen. The dining table accommodates 6, leading to a cozy living space with a TV equipped with a Roku in the living room. The couch in the living room is a queen-sized sleeper couch (with a memory foam mattress) to accommodate two additional guests. There is a set of drawers in the cupboard for storing clothes if needed and extra storage space in the bathroom.

Downstairs Bathroom:
Conveniently located off the living area, the downstairs bathroom offers a full shower for your comfort. Inside, you'll find a spacious closet for towels and guests using the pull out couch. The bathroom also features a full vanity, giving you extra space and providing an extra touch of luxury.

Outside Area:
Step outside to your private Patio, exclusively for the Boathouse. Revel in outdoor dining with a table seating up to 6, extra lounger chairs for cocktails for watching Bermuda sunsets, and unforgettable moments. Lounge on the two sun-drenched recliners, soaking up the warmth and tranquility. Enhance your culinary skills with the gas BBQ for delightful grilling experiences, creating delectable meals against the backdrop of the beautiful Bermuda setting. Dock and Beach Area:
On the lower level, discover our shared dock and beach area, perfect for diving into the inviting waters (swim shoes recommended). Paddle boards and two single kayaks are available (shared with owners and cottage next door which can also be booked to have exclusivity of the entire premise) for your exploration along the beautiful coast, adding an exciting dimension to your Bermuda retreat. Shared Spaces:
While the dock and beach area are shared with our neighboring cottage, worry not! Our outdoor dining patio is exclusively for Boathouse guests. A small fence and gate clearly mark the boundary, ensuring privacy and a dedicated space just for you. You can enjoy your meals al fresco without any interruptions.

Safety Notes:
Swimming off the dock is at your own leisure and risk, and we recommend bringing water shoes for added safety as can sometimes be slippery. Your well-being is our priority, and we want you to have a worry-free and enjoyable stay. If you have any questions or need help during your time with us, feel free to let us know. Second Cottage on the Property:
We have a second charming cottage for those seeking a full family retreat. If you are interested in renting both cottages.


Just so you know, the dock area is shared with the second cottage, creating a shared space for a complete family experience. This arrangement allows all guests to enjoy the waterfront amenities while fostering a friendly and communal atmosphere. Paddle boards and Kayaks are available and shared with the cottage next door. These are to be used at your own risk. Please respect this property and when finished using please make sure to put it back in its spot on the beach. Do not leave paddle boards, Kayaks and Oars on the dock. The wind can pick up quickly and they can be washed away easily.

No Large Parties on Premises:
Considering the serene environment and the comfort of all guests, we would like to ask that there be no large parties on the premises. We encourage a peaceful atmosphere to ensure that everyone enjoys a relaxing stay.

Waste Disposal:
Trash collection is scheduled for Thursdays. As trash only comes once a week we ask if you could kindly help us out and place your trash in the provided black bin and move to the top of the driveway. Recycling pickup occurs on Fridays, so please position your recycling at the top of the driveway by the roadside in the blue bags provided.

Security Measures:
For your safety, please lock all doors and windows when not around. Your peace of mind is our priority.

Feeding the Fish:
The fish in the area enjoy leftovers, so feel free to share. However, we kindly request that you only toss over food that you would eat. Our efforts to maintain a tropical environment include keeping critters at bay, so feeding the fish the leftover food you would normally throw in the trash helps.

Tropical Environment Tips:
We're in a tropical setting, so to ensure a comfortable stay, please don't leave any food out on the counters. Eat in the bedroom. This small precaution goes a long way in keeping our surroundings pristine.

Energy Conservation Request:
As we aim to provide you with the best possible rates and maintain an environmentally conscious approach, we would like your cooperation in conserving energy. Before leaving the cottage, please turn off the lights and set the air conditioning to 22/23 degrees Celsius on the dehumidifier cycle (The teardrop). This small effort contributes to cost savings and aligns with our commitment to sustainable practices during your stay. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated!
