We have never spent time in Smithville but we are so glad we did. We will be back not only to Smithville but to this little cottage.

Posted Aug. 4, 2024 on HomeAwayThe cottage was perfect for our best friend weekend. Smithville is an amazing small town with great people. The cottage is convenient to everything and we enjoyed every inch of it. The pool was wonderful on the hot summer evenings after days of shopping.

Posted Jul. 29, 2024 on HomeAwayThis is my sevond time here. The cottage is adorable. Pool and fire pit are very relaxing. Neighborhood is so quiet. It is close to downtown and enjoyable wineries are near by. Grill is very handy. Will definitely stay again.

Great Place to Stay in Smithville!
Posted Jul. 7, 2024 on HomeAwayThis cottage is in a great location in the historic part of Smithville, in a beautiful neighborhood. It has easy access to downtown. It feels secluded and has a well kept pool right out the front door. It was very clean. We appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the owners. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

Wonderful cottage!
Posted Jun. 5, 2024 on HomeAwayWe loved our stay here. The cottage & yard are beautiful, and the historic neighborhood is beautiful & quiet. The cottage had everything you need & many great touches. Heather was so kind & easy to communicate with through the app. The homeowners left us completely alone to enjoy the backyard & pool. We will definitely be returning!
