Pool was green with algae ( we booked here for use of pool ) the mirrors in bathroom wire are splice together unsafe and located right next to sink. The staff are hard to understand and I believe it is the same for them. They were not accommodating. The handicap shower drainage was not done right and all the water backs up across the whole floor. The towels they give you are like shop towels the thinnest roughest towels they could find. If I wanted to throw away 150 dollars I would have walked out but being a single mom who never gets away I was left with no choice but to remain.

Room was ok for a 1 night stay. The bed was a bit too hard for me but over all it was ok. The only complaints I have are the pool hours and the filter didn’t seem to be working. The pool was loaded with bugs.

Our room smelled so strongly of cat pee that we almost left in the middle of the night. It was stifling!! There were also 7 flies in our room and I could only kill 4 of them so they kept buzzing around our heads. The beds were the hardest beds I’ve ever slept in and we have traveled around the world! The front desk didn’t speak English too well and I never got my requested call I wrote to the manager. The breakfast was crowded and not filled. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Good enough

We were please enough that we would go back. Things I didn’t care much for was the lack of at least a throw rug, the third floor and only steps to get there, no meat at the breakfast, poor water pressure.
