This property is walking distance to the beach and we were able to see the ocean from our balcony. Room was clean. Very quiet area. Easy check in process. Davonna even gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. Baked pizza and Cancun's are amazing!

Pelican pad
Publié le 29 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location, wished it had been a little cleaner. We had to do some dusting of ceiling fans and the refrigerator was kinda gross inside.
We love staying in the Dunes. Owner was easy to contact.

I apologize for the ceiling fan dust! Will be more attentive to that in the future. I definitely cleaned the fridge. I’m wondering if I accidentally left a residue on the glass inside. Thanks again for your review, and I hope you return to the Pelican Pad for a future visit!

Fantastic condo!
Publié le 3 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe have stayed at many condo rentals, but this one had it all! Snacks, coffee, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, it was amazing!! We had a fantastic trip and would love to return. Enjoyed our dinners at Shaka Taco and Riverview Cafe, but most of our time was spent at the beach. Perfection!

Last Minute Weekend Get-Away!

Was a great sIze for husband and myself. 2 young kids would be comfortable on hallway bunks. Beach was the first weekend in May but I do see it being crowded in the peak season!

We used the property's website a lot for recommendations as where to eat and they didn't steer us wrong. Thank you, Davonna!
