Publié le 17 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty was clean and such a relaxing environment. It’s a great beach location and close to the water. It’s a quiet area and beautiful sunrises! Hot tub and game room were a great addition to our trip. Lots of room and great views of water.

Awesome location!

Beautiful house, perfect beach access!
Publié le 20 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayHouse was very nice, perfect size for my husband and me, two adult children, their significant others and their 2 children. The master suite was especially spacious and nice! The hot tub was clean and serviced during our stay. Deck goes right to the beach, and deck and stairs in great shape. Kitchen had all appliances we needed. Couch on main level, not comfortable and seems worn out-only thing I considered a negative. Very nice couch on floor level. We were unable to connect to WiFi during our stay. Also a smoke alarm chirped constantly. I contacted Vacasa multiple times but these issues were not resolved, in spite of being promised a visit from local staff. Otherwise we loved the house and location and do consider returning!

Publié le 16 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property is in a perfect location and is very well appointed. It was also great to be able to bring our dog for walks on the beach. The inside of the house was great having enough room and comfort for the entire family. I am deducting 1 star as the booking agency (Vacasa) was not the best to deal with. Prior to the stay they send out a contract that basically washes their hands of any responsibility should ANY amenity not function properly. When I called to question that you get a call center where the workers tell you only what is on their script. The contract that they also require you to sign does not have finer details that you would expect would be there that are tied to your specific stay and property. Felt shady. When I did a Google search on Vacasa their reviews are 1 star in support of renters.
At check in, after driving 4 hours with kids (which had to use the restroom in the rental) in the car the door code did not work. After being on the phone with the Vacasa customer service center they finally got us a code that worked.
Other then that, the property was great and we may go back.
