Things to note:
*This apartment is not suitable for pets.
*There is no assigned parking spot. There is free and untimed parking available in the street in front of the building, and in surrounding streets. At some times of the day you may need to park a short walk from the apartment. There is a 30 minute space available at the corner if you need it to unload.
*You will need to descend 15 stairs to access the apartment.
*We are located in a busy downtown area and so guests should expect some noise from neighboring businesses. It is generally peaceful overnight but during the day and early evening you will hear footsteps from the business upstairs.
*There are video cameras in the public areas of the building for security plus a noise sensor within the apartment.
