Many basic safety concerns and fire code violations. Dirty rooms and hallways, leaking bathroom pipes, broken smoke detectors, shorted outlets and lighting… This place should be condemned and sold so new management with better manners and intentions can build a new, comfortable hotel in the area.

Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HotelsThe management "policies" for PCT (Pacific Crest Trail) hikers were horrendous. They charged $15 to retrieve a resupply box wheter you're a guest or not. All other hotels I stayed at, where I had resupply sent, did not charge for resupply box. They were RUDE about it, too. Their attitude was pretty much, "we're the only game in town, so we can do anything we want." They kept on spewing the whole "its our policy thing" to me. As a former Program Manager, i told them that policies can be changed. This one should for those guests staying at the hotel. I would NOT recommend the Summit Inn, nor will I ever stay here again.

Staff ok… way outdated . Show doors almost impossible to close. Lots of suspicious people in parking areas.

Check in took forever; slow, computer issues, key didn't work x 3 trips to the desk. Hotel is old, stained and messy. We left a day early knowing our money would be forfeited because we purchased with Expedia. The state of the hotel and the lack of things to do in the area led to us leaving.

Good location for hiking
Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HotelsThe room has lots of space, it's a strong shower, the hot tub felt great, and all appears clean. I feel safe, and things are quiet. I really enjoy the mountain views. The PCT and other hiking trails are right across the street. It's easy access from I-90. Yes, I would stay here again.

This property needs updating but it was clean and we got a good nights sleep. Beautiful views!
