Overall good well appointed condo...

Overall good well appointed condo in a convenient location and we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the sofa-bed mattress had a few large stains so instead we used an air-mattress that we brought which worked out OK for our family. Something to be aware of when visiting in the summer is with no A/C it was pretty warm inside the days we were there. There were 2 fans provided that helped a lot but it still took a few hours to get temps inside down once it cooled off outside.

However, we’re sorry to learn about the stains on the sofa-bed mattress and the warmth inside due to the lack of air conditioning. Easy to check into. Was located in a pretty high traffic area so there could be quite a bit of noise from people walking by.

Opened the door the first night and spent 15 minutes picking up insects that looked like flying ants. I believe I flushed about 45-50. The second night I walked in, the carbon monoxide monitor was chirping. Called the after hours number several times, and eventually they advised to simply disable it and maintenance would resolve it the following morning. The condo was not constructed with 'party walls.' I listened the the TV and conversation above me until midnight the first night. Not worth the high price paid. My daughter lives in Aspen and she will not suggest this property to any visitor.

This property is very comfortable and nice for skiing. Close to everything. Pool and hot tubs are nice, gym is lacking. Our only small complaint was that for our group of four we had exactly four towels, so no towels to go to pool or hot tub. Other than that we had an excellent stay. Easy walk to village and base camp

There were a few things that could have made the trip more comfortable 1) the shower head was broken. Showering was unpleasant. 2) the mattress was uncomfortable. In forty years of travel, first time my husband and I were unable to share a bed.

The code given for the pool and hot tub did not work. After a long day of hiking, it would have been nice to get in there.
