Poor directions, parking not as advertised, access difficult and house substandard!
Publié le 7 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayIt took 30 extra minutes to find the condo due to terrible directions, access to the condo is extremely difficult. There is no way to pull to the curb to unload. Parking across the street was non-existent. I got a ticket because I had to park illegally. They have a stupidly long digital code to get in. Every night we were standing in the dark unable to open the door because the access code was so long. There were no mattress pads on the beds. It was so gross! Then there was a used bandaid hanging from the top bunk. Underneath the beds were trash and extreme dust. The bedrooms were dark with no adequate overhead lighting. The front bathroom had a very slow sink drain indicating a lack of maintenance. I’ve run a short term rentals for 17 years. My rentals have breathable mattress protectors, clean mattress pads and deluxe sheets. Vacasa and the owner are examples of running a rental into the ground and taking advantage of their guests. I can go on but you get the picture!!
