Wonderful Snowmass House

Family ski trip
Publié le 14 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayFirst time we've visited Aspen area for skiing, and we were so impressed with the variety of the mountains. The house was perfectly situated in the Snowmass resort with an incredible view of the mountain. There were 8 of us in the house and it never felt crowded. `The room layout enabled a lot of separation when needed, but a really large common area as well. We would definitely stay at this house again!

Thank you for your feedback on the draftiness and lighting in the house. We will absolutely share this with the owner for their upcoming visit and ask that they see what improvements we can make in this area.
In regards to the road, it is at the top of a hill and therefore offers those incredible views and privacy. When it snows, all roads here are a little challenging until the plows come by. We do recommend 4 wheel drive when staying at this location in the winter. We do have many other houses in our rental portfolio for your consideration. They may not have the views if they are located on the lower streets however but worth considering to ensure you are having the vacation that best fits your travel needs. We would be delighted to help you when it comes time to plan your next trip! We would be happy to have you as our guest again.

Beautiful home

Great floor plan - there are two masters upstairs that are separate from each other and all other rooms. Downstairs are two more bedrooms, two full baths, pool table room, full laundry and garage access.
A large, well equipped kitchen with big dining table, large living room with fireplace, and study are on the middle floor. The beds are comfortable and the furniture is good quality.’ There are massive decks that must be fabulous in the summer!
The management company was really great with excellent communication. Check in was a breeze and the couple of questions we had were answered promptly by someone who knew the home.
We go to Snowmass 2-3 times per year and have stayed in some lovely homes. This one ranks with the best! We will definitely stay here again!

Ski Week in Winter Wonderland
Publié le 10 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayIt was our first time in Colorado in the last six years, and our first time in Snowmass. We did not know what to expect when we booked our reservation. The home was perfect! Sometimes I wished I would've stayed indoors all day just to enjoy the magnificent views from each room in the house. Our teenagers loved it too. They didn't miss our Florida home (within blocks from the beach) for a minute! This home is the perfect vacation home when visiting Snowmass and creating memories with your friends and loved ones.

Electrical nightmare
Publié le 6 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayThere was no 240 V service to the house, so we did not have the use of the jacuzzi, sauna, dryer and oven for half of our stay.
At times we had several trucks in the driveway, blocking our in/out. They had to lay a new line, and in the process piled snow in front of the house, making access difficult.
The workers told us one day that the power to the whole house would be cut off at 9AM. I told them we had people at the house who needed wifi for work, and could they delay. The worker said no, They could not wait.
This is not something we should have to endure at the rates we were paying. The management company, while reasonably responsive, gave us only a token credit toward our stay.
I would have been better off renting something without a sauna and jacuzzi for lot less money.

Mirek, we completely understand your disappointment with the electrical issue that was discovered 2 days prior to your arrival with a wire from the transformer outside of the home. We spent countless hours working with electricians and the electric company to get this repaired as soon as possible so you could enjoy the sauna and hot tub for the last 3 nights of your stay. We were under the impression you preferred us to get this repaired so you could use these amenities during your stay however if we were incorrect, then we apologize. Unfortunately power outages are outside of our control and do happen. We do know we worked very hard to resolve this issue for you and are disappointed that was not enough and you felt a 2 star review was necessary.

Amazing Views
Publié le 19 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayBeautiful, spacious house with amazing views. Exactly as pictured. Hot tub was perfect at night and super clean. Kitchen with excellent appliances and plenty of refrigerator space. Master shower large with 2 heads. Beds comfortable. Quick, easy drive to Clark’s market. Neighborhood quiet. Saw numerous wildlife on daily runs - mama bear and baby, deer, birds, and a bunny. Would definitely return.

Christina, thank you for reviewing your stay at the Top of Lemond in Snowmass. We LOVE the wildlife sightings that you had up there. It really is a tranquil setting overlooking the valley and Snowmass Mountain. The house itself has plenty of modern amenities that I see you enjoyed. During the peak times, there is even a Dial a Ride shuttle that goes to the home so you wouldn't even have to drive to Clark's Market or to go skiing if you wanted to take advantage of it.
