Hôtel fabuleux! Chambre spacieuse, moderne et très fonctionnelle (bravo pour les liseuses!). Des rangements jusque sous les lits et une salle de bains parfaite.
L’espace pour le petit déjeuner est fabuleux et les ingrédients de très bonne qualité (le granola maison est magnifique!).
Grande terrasse qui donne sur une place avec des jeux pour enfants. Tout proche des remontées.
Le personnel est trè
Bref un hôtel parfait dans un environnement parfait! On y est resté 4 nuits, on aurait bien prolongé!

Most of the personnel were kind and helpful. The person that checked us in at 4 am was looking over our heads when talking. At 7:30 a housekeeper was vacuuming viciously while banging on the communicating door from the neighboring appartment side. The requested pressing iron was leaking, wasn’t useful for steam ironing. Without information being confirmed first, we were extra charged for use of parking…

This is an absolutely phenomenal hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and so comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind and the whole place was very well run and organized. The breakfast was super for an included buffet and could not have been happier with it. Gym is clean and has everything you'd want and the hot tub outside was also great. Can't remember a similar stay in recent years that quite matched in terms of just everything being exactly what you'd want/hope. Would not consider staying anywhere else if/when we come back to Aspen!
